Last minute call to Jill. I was in Boston and thought I could make it to Sarah's location in a half hour but crazy traffic early Friday afternoon. Called Jill to say I would be late and she moved me up a half hour. I was still late and Jill told me that Sarah had another appoint in 20 minutes or so. I still took it understanding that it was my fault and I had to be quick. Sarah was great and I wish I had had all day. All I can say is WOW
