General Details

Was in Chicago and had an appointment with another provider who cancelled on me at the last minute. Had some other numbers with me and called around. Sarah answered and agreed to see me on short notice. When I let her in she looked very normal, dressed in sweats. Very bubbly and happy to be there. We exchanged greetings and the envelope and got ready.
