Initial Contact was by e-mail, I wrote a nice note, and described myself and where I wanted to meet one evening a week & a half before the meeting. She responded later that night and we carried on a conversation through a couple more e-mails…she did share a phone # in her lost correspondence for me to call when I got in town and if there was a problem.
