It was EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of Sapphire. I called SEVERAL times and got only voicemail. I emailed her and it took over a day or so to get a response. I called her and she said to give her an hour which I did. I called her in an hour and she didn't answer. Finally called me back and said she was running late from another call. She said to give her 30 mins which I did. I called her again in 30 mins but she did not answer. Finally got a hold of her...
