General Details

Called Sam after seeing her reviews and AD, and was I glad I did. She was very easy to contact. I called for an appointment and was a typical 2 call system. I arrived at her Falls Church apt, she had left the door open and I was greeted by a sexy lady wearing a sexy black dress. Samantha is not a spring chicken, but her looks and body are more than what I was expecting for someone her age. Younger providers could learn a thing or two.
