I called the screening service to set up appointment with Sam. I was provided general location to call when I arrived at this location. Unfortunately, with daylight savings - we did not connect at the appointed
time. This was a disappointment but I received a call apologizing for the missed connection and was offered a discount for this. I set up appointment for a few days later. I met Sam at her location and was glad that we finally met. VIP's read on
