General Details
Sally's based in Richmond and visits the DC area a couple of times throughout the year. I arranged my appointment through P411 and received a response within the hour. Communication was cordial and simple. Sally forgot to give me the name of the hotel although it was obvious given this particular metro station. Overall, it was an enjoyable time and I would repeat based at Sally's rate.
