I have been reluctant in the past to give a bad review to a provider from an agency that has been consistently good for a long time. For some reason I thought it might hurt the agency which I don't want to do. But after talking to another provider about my experience she convinced me that I should make the review anyway, no matter how long ago it was. She said if I didn't give the review, other hobbyists would wonder across this woman and possibly stop using the agency's service. It was better to point her out and give the agency a chance to correct it than to remain silent. Well, after getting stellar service from BDJ for years, I had a really bad and weird experience with Sabrina. It felt like I had fell into some surreal Fellini film.
