I'm a little late on this review... saw Ruby on a recommendation from a friend. Agree with prior reviewers. YMMV. She seems to follow a script and doesn't deviate. Typical agency encounter. Not bad, just not exceptional. Better out there but I can't not recommend you try her out for yourself.
