Ruby clearly loves what she does and will work to make the appointment happen. When I had a scheduling snafu that made my hotel out of the question, she was quick to suggest I come to her home. It took her a while to get her act together so I was left cooling my heels in the car for a while. But she was finally ready for me at her clean and easy to find home. It actually made me a little uneasy to think she probably lives there with her man and I think kid but that is just me......
