Read reviews, pretty standard screening. Robyn is super accommodating and communication is excellent. Easy to book and set a date and time. Arrived as panned and met me at the door of her quiet neighborhood apartment building and led me in. Nice place couple cats, she looked great. Like someone you work with that you want to go up with. Definitely will repeat.
