Was in the city and after a series of scheduling mess ups with WSD (late appointments, flat out lies about availability "yes come now 5 girls available - oh you here - wait 45 mins ok?" over the past few months had essentially given up on them. Tried one last time - said be here in 30 mins - glad I did.
