I exchanged several emails with CeCe in preparation for our visit. I kept changing particulars and she was patient and accommodating. She really is a sweetheart, easy to schedule with, easy to talk to. We ultimately agreed on an hour in the early evening and she was right on time, texting me when she was on the way to the room.
