Oh my where do I start, let's see.....She answered my request for an in-call appointment very timely...we exchanged several emails as she is very careful during the verification process. Once all of the verification she requested was completed she called me as promised to confirm our appointment for that day...she promised to call a half hour b4 our appointment time (she was extremely punctual) and called right on time.
