Review: Reyna

General Details

I had had an appointment set up with another provider, Jossy, for like a week in advance. She canceled on me a half hour out from our appointment on a Sunday evening, which really pissed me off. I scrambled for an English language replacement, hopefully via email. My Spanish is okay, but this isn't something where I wanted a hassle over the phone, and with the exchange rate in Mexico, upmarket providers seemed well priced. Thankfully Reyna responded fairly quickly and was flexible about setting something up that night. I still had to call her, which was a bit annoying just because of the weird Mexican cell phone dialing conventions. And then she had the front desk call me and meet her in the lobby, another mild annoyance - she could have walked straight to my hotel door and I could have avoided the dozen lobby boy stares. It worked out in the end, and I guess was a cultural experience. Not sure I'd repeat though, unless I was scrambling again.
