Communication was excellent -- clear, friendly, professional. Confirmation took place, and all details were followed on both sides. Very smooth.
When the day came, all I can say was that I was blown away. Rena is one of a kind. Run, do not walk if you have the opportunity to spend time with her. She is off the charts. I would be a fool not to repeat. So I will!
