Responded quickly to text inquiries and set up time to meet. A little confusion with our text messaging, but we cleared it up with little delay in appt time.

She noticed I was nervous, and let me check around the place, to make sure there were no monsters up the bed. Points for her having a sense of humor about that.

All in all, my first impression was she was very warm and hospitable.
