General Details

Standard 2 call system. I had called for and set up a lunch time meeting, but left after 30 minutes of waiting. After a call back from the agency, I decided to give her a second chance and set up a later date. Again I was kept waiting about 10 minutes, and was about to leave when I got the second call. I sure am glad I waited, because it was worth every second and more.
