Out for a walk on a spring day. Wanted a treat before going back inside to work. Called Jill on the cell. Who is close to my area today? Jill offered three names, one of them Rebecca - available in a few minutes and very close by. Yep, let's see Rebecca, I said. You got it! replied Jill.
I walked into the elevator on the hour, with Jill giving me the green light and Rebecca's room number just in time to push the correct floor button as the elevator doors closed. Unusual precision for any agency, bar none.
