I saw that Raphaela Rios from the Carol Assistant agency was going to be in Charlotte and after reading her many great TER reviews, I didn't hesitate to pull the trigger and get with her. I texted a few days in advance and setup a time I wanted to get with her. Just a few texts the day of, to let them know I got to the hotel and then again for the room #.
