About six months ago I read some of Rachelina's reviews. I emailed her and asked when she next visits Los Angeles to please let me know. Two weeks ago I received an email from her giving me the dates that she would be in town. I was geeked! She has very nice reviews and I couldn't wait to try her San Juan Capistrano specialty. Contact and scheduling was done via email. Once I confirmed she gave me the name and location of her 4-Star Hotel. Once I arrived, I then called and got the room number. Non-VIPs: If you get the opportunity to see Rachelina, she's well worth the price of admission. VIPs: Read on.
