Contacted Rachel after reading her reviews and was planning a trip to AZ, so we ex-changed e-mails and stayed in touch until I was in Phoenix, Rachel is a great communicator and really easy to stay in touch with right up to letting one know she is on the way. She is a breath of fresh air and a real sweetheart, if you get a chance to see her you will have lots of fun...............
