Rachel offers a nice, clean, convenient, and safe incall location that is also very easy to get to in Ybor City. The setup for the incall was nice and easy, as she answered the phone right away and was very sweet and friendly. I arranged to meet her that same evening.
My time with Rachel was well worth it. While she is not a GFE ... and not a 20 year old spinner ... she is very lovely with a nice figure. It wasn't the most passionate experience, she answered two calls that she said were important (I guess she can tell by the ring tone if the person is important (family?) or not) ... however it was ultimately complete and satisfying.
