Saw Leslie's BP add. Researched her TER reviews. Made call as they were pretty good. Initial call to set up appointment. She was not super friendly on the phone...business like. Second call when near hotel, third call to get room number...exhausting. Kept me waiting, a bit annoying. Should have stayed away. Will not repeat.
