Had not gone the AMP route for quite some time and had the urge. Gave my favorite agency many calls and had a little trouble getting through but eventually did. Was able to set up an appointment within 10 minutes and off I went to the nice Skokie location. Non-VIP's: always good in a pinch and I would repeat as I often have.
