I had seen Platinum last year when she was a fresh new face from Texas. I was expecting the same nice, friendly attitude and solid service but instead got a bad attitude and her list of things she doesnt do. She has been hardened by the business and should not be providing. I think her recent trent of poor reviews is right on with what I experienced.
