General Details

After seeing her reviews on TER I had hoped to meet up with her earlier this year and after verification by her of my bona fides we were scheduled to meet on my return trip from out of town but because of weather my plane's delayed scheduled departure resulted in an aborted meeting. Ms Piper was most understanding and when I received an email that she was returning to our area I emailed back and after a series of meals between us we set a date and time-before I go on let me state for the record that Piper is a major exception to the rule that "if something is too good to be true it isn't true"
