Have seen Cleo's ads for a long time. She has changed her appearance several times over the last year. Finally, saw an ad where she looked "normal" lol. Had been drinking one night and my ATF's were not available or just not answering. Called her and setup an appt. She is legit and would have scored higher with me except for the few things mentioned in the VIP section...
