Really easy for me to schedule with, and very responsive. We have a mutual friend in Dallas who let me know Dawn was headed here for a few days, and she was staying in a nice, upscale 4* hotel. Dawn was very perky and friendly on the phone, and setting up our time together was quite smooth. I arrived at the hotel on-time, and she welcomed me in with a nice hug and LFK, which soon turned to DFK as we closed the door behind us.
