General Details

Phoebe is a blonde who you wish lived next door to you. Great looks and figure. Seems like a nice woman as well. She takes appointment at a mansion near Uptown. It is a clean place and nothing illegal is allowed. I have been there several times and this was the first time with Phoebe. She greeted me with a hug and offered a glass of water. Asked me to get comfortable and returned within a few minutes wearing a skimpy skirt. Non-VIPs: it was an excellent experience and once you get to know her well, maybe she can offer more but not at this mansion.
