Was interested in Phoebe for a while from the good review prior to this one, as well as the great pictures on the TBD web site. This was my first time using an agency, and it was surprisingly easy--a few e-mails and phone calls, and TBD was very professional about the whole thing. Phoebe's a new girl to the business and should only get better with time, experience, and help from the community.
