General Details

I had seen Phoebe's ad for a long time and read some reviews on her which all seemed glowing. I had been out of the "hobby" for a while...and had a free afternoon so I thought I would give her a call as I really needed some sensual, relaxing "me" time!! She answered right away and we were able to set up an appointment for that afternoon. Here location is in an old mansion in South Minneapolis where there are a number of providers (some I have seen in the past).
