Getting ahold of Phoebe was hit or miss for a while. Then she happened to pick up one time I called and we set a time for the next day. When I got there, I called and came up to her studio, in the mansion she shares with a number of other providers. When I saw her, I was stunned - she's much better looking than her pix. Not to be missed, definitely a repeat.
