I called up Phoebe and arranged to meet at her incall location. SHe shares her unit with another provider, who looks a lot like Phoebe. When Phoebe answered the door she looked exactly like photos, maybe a little bit thinner. She has a lot of tattoos and she has lived an interesting life.
