I have been seeing Phoebe's ads on TER for quite some time and decided to book her after coming back to the DC area for a Thanksgiving trip. Her assistants are very responsive after contact through P411. Unfortunately, her AC was broken and could not be readily fixed, so my first-choice time was not available, but I was able to meet with her a couple of days later.
