I Found Pepper on a local Texas board where she is one of the most popular SA ladies. She had excellent reviews and her pictures looked very attractive. Since TX is P411 territory I had recently gotten verified on that service. I pmed her with my p411 info and asked if she would be interested in a 2 hr outcall to my downtown hotel. She very quickly responded and we set up a date - with a fairly late start since I had a business dinner I needed to attend. On the night of the appointment my dinner ended early.
