Review: Penelope Waters

General Details

I was in town and identified a a few providers who I was interested in seeing. Penelope was at the top of my list and she was available for the desired afternoon appointment. Her incall is in the CBD a few blocks from my hotel. I arrived there. The buzzer system was not working but I was able to enter the building and made my way up to her place. The building is ok - safe and clean, but undergoing renovations. I knocked on her door and she let me in. The apartment was clean, furnished sparsely but "romantically" and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

She looks like her pictures. She is very pretty. We kissed, hugged, and chatted for a few minutes to get to know each other. She then offered me a shower.
