Review: Penelope Waters

General Details

I noticed Penelope was in town. I had great luck with another provider from NOLA and wanted to give it another go. I contacted her through TER messaging and she was able to verify me through my white lists. We then brought conversation to email and setup the day and time. Soon enough I found myself at the hotel she was staying at and I texted her. She came down and we hugged like we were old friends in the lobby. We made our way up and the fun began!

Non-VIPs, I will repeat when she is back in town. She is a very open-minded girl and willing to try a lot of unique things. Great to talk to and makes you feel relaxed to speak your mind.
