I saw Penelope was coming to Chicago on the TER Ad board. I had the pleasure of her company in the past and couldn't wait for her arrival. We scheduled an appointment for a nooner on Monday. Penelope met me at the elevator in the lobby dressed in a halter dress that revealed just the right amount of skin that makes the imagination run wild. For the non VIP members, Penelope is a provider who should not be missed. She is wonderful!
