Review: Penelope

General Details

While moving to the East Coast, I wanted to see what the scene was like along the way out there. Since I was stopping in Dayton for a couple of days, I did a search for local providers and Penelope jumped out from the rest of the pack. After contacting her via e-mail and submitting the required references (props to my Minnesota ladies!) we set up an appointment at my motel; shortly after I checked in, I called her with the room number and waited for her to arrive.
