Review: Penelope

General Details

After failing to have a session with another provider, I've decided to go for someone who can actually make the appointment. Penelope was flaking in the beginning. Her pictures are bit out of date; she looks a bit older than her photos. She will require you to provide name, age, race, occupation, and a selfie. If any of those scare you, then don't bother. For those who are not scared by this, then she's worth the shot, but YMMV. For VIPs, here is what happened.
