General Details

If Penelope were punctuation she would be an exclamation point! Everything about an experience with her is fantastic. On my first appointment I was terrified, and just her voice over the phone during screening set me at ease. I especially like her confirmation email, because it lays out everything plain and simple. This is especially great for clients that may be on the autism spectrum. There is a clear cue for everything. Penelope will likely be my only and last provider.
