Easy to contact, very sweet on the phone, little pushy, little talkative, which should have raised the red flag. Agreed to meet after my round of golf, so was very accommodating with my schedule. Her home is cute, clean and easy to find. Once inside into the shower and then the talking and business began. Not what I expected, but she talks a good game.
