Olivia actually looks better in person than the pictures. Somebody else posted, and I totally agree. The pics on the site do not do her justice.
In any case, Olivia is very very punctual with a great attitude overall. She did not mind that it was the two of us (my buddy and I) in the rooms. She came in very relaxed, asked us what we wanted to do, and how we wanted to do it. We flipped a coin, my buddy went first and waited for my turn....
