Booking through P411 went smoothly. I arrived on time and emailed up for info to get in building. No response. After 15 minutes, I walked down to a coffee shop. Finally, after 20 minutes, got the info I needed and went up. She explained that it was her scheduler that caused the delay. I was a bit annoyed, but Kelly is beautiful and I quickly refocused on the task at hand.
