General Details
Got approved via Olivia's booking agent and via TER. Set up via email was pretty easy. The phone calls/texts to get the location were a bit more troublesome but nothing major. She hosts out of a really nice building and it is clean and welcoming.
Set up was pretty easy after that and worth the visit.
