BKS is a great service and Nova might be the best provider I have seen. Very easy to set up an appointment with Nova. Called once to set it and once more once I arrived to get the room number. Walked up to the room and Nova answered the door with an inviting smile and offered me a drink. Would definitely repeat...VIP's read on
