There was a moment, waiting at a bus stop as San Francisco's traffic bounced past, when a single mistyped digit of a phone number nearly derailed my evening with Nina. Luckily, her assistant was able to email with me and sort out the problem that would have left each of us thinking the other one had skipped out on our appointment. That would have been a shame.
