Moved back to Phoenix this week and had nothing to do this morning, despite being tired and sore from moving furniture and too many boxes. Caught Nikki with unusual daytime availabilty. (She has a regular day job.) Usual two call system. Super sweet on the phone, had a few things to take care of but would call me back. 90 minutes later we set up a meeting at her place.
