I'll keep it brief: stay away; her price is good, her communication is excellent and she's gorgeous .... but it's a scam. You'll show up, get the tour, be put at ease by a real "girl next door." You'll leave the donation, she'll go to change ... and slip out the back door. Think Seinfeld, when George was left in the bed. But no cuffs, no ropes and she doesn't come back.
